Viktor Dmitrievich Lifter can rightfully be called the founder of Kazakhstan's space communications. It was he who in 2004 was offered to lead the work of the Republican Space Communications Center established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which became the first enterprise in the history of the country with its own ground-based satellite communications infrastructure.

For more than 14 years, V.D. Lefter has been the permanent head of the enterprise, and the success of the RCSC is certainly his merit as a professional and strong leader, his team of the first specialists of space communications in Kazakhstan. Today, the RCSC is the leading enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the satellite communications system, which will honorably fulfill the state task of uninterrupted provision of all consumers of the country in space communications services, works profitably, values professional personnel, ensuring the continuity of generations. The staff of "RCSC" JSC ensures the successful operation of communication and broadcasting satellites KazSat-2 and KazSat-3, round-the-clock control of spacecraft is conducted from ground complexes in Akmola and Almaty regions.

And the main value is, of course, people - specialists, professionals who grew up at the enterprise. The backbone, created 17 years ago, is still working, being an example of attitude to business," says Viktor Dmitrievich.

When asked about his credo, he replied: "Loyalty to the Motherland. The capital of independent Kazakhstan, the heart of our country, has become close and dear to thousands of visitors today. And for me and many who were born in Akmola, and by the will of fate became residents of the capital, this city is a true homeland, a beloved land of endless winds, harsh winters and short summers. And even more than the motherland. Nur-Sultan is my destiny, space, love. Yes, maybe I am sentimental in feelings, but in deeds, I do not like loud words, bragging, promises. I consider my credo to be a balanced word, honest work, and a good result. Do it, show it, then be proud! Make it so that you won't be ashamed of it later, but you can be really proud of it. And we must admit that Viktor Lefter, honored communications officer of Kazakhstan, holder of the Order of "Kurmet" has something to be proud of.
