“KazSat-3” satellite was launched to GSO on April 28, 2014 from the “Baikonur” cosmodrome. Communication and broadcasting satellite was created by “Information Satellite Systems” named after academician M.F. Reshetnev” JSC (Russia) together with Thales Alenia Space (Italy) by the order of RCSC.

The modern technical solutions ensuring the specified characteristics of the satellite and the required level of reliability were used in the creation of “KazSat-3”.

“KazSat-3” satellite was created for broadcasting services, telephony, data transmission, multimedia services and etc.

“KazSat-3” service area covers the whole territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central part of Russia and the countries of Central Asia.
