AKKOL. KAZINFORM - The message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan caused a lot of responses among ordinary citizens who heard about real measures of social support for the population, Kazinform correspondent reports. Kamila Orazalina, a mother of five children, shared her opinion.

There are five children in the family of Askar and Kamila Orazalins, the youngest twin girls are only one and a half years old. “September 1 was such a busy day. “The whole family left the house in the morning. The three-year-old son was taken to the kindergarten, then to the school line with older girls. My husband went to work, and I listened to the President's address on TV with the little ones,” Kamila said.

“The proposal of the President to open special savings accounts for children under the age of 18 at the expense of 50% of the annual investment income of the National Fund - I appreciated this not only as a mother but also as a loan officer. This is a great support and concern of the state for the younger generation,” she says.

The head of the Askar family, an engineer at the Akkol Space Communication Center, believes that this decision is also an incentive to strengthen and increase his family. “I dream that my wife will give me another son, who, I hope, will have this special account from the National Fund,” the father of many children laughs.

Young spouses are a little over thirty years old, they do not complain about life. “Dad works for us alone, but everything is fine. The girls were sent to school, the middle son is in kindergarten, the kids are also assigned to the nursery, and I am in a hurry to go to work with pleasure. There were also good proposals in the Address to increase childcare payments to 1.5 years, provide free school uniforms for children from low-income families, and fix the retirement age for women up to 61 until 2028. Very important and necessary changes that cause great hope for improving the lives of Kazakhstanis and faith in our President,” Kamila Orazalina said in conclusion.

Earlier it was reported , that special accounts will be opened in the name of all children who are under 18 years at the time of entry into force of this regulation (2024). Deductions will be made in foreign currency until the children reach the age of majority.
