ASTANA. INFORMATION - February 25, 2023 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the National Aerospace Agency (NASA) of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A solemn event was dedicated to this historical date, which took place at the central office of RCSC JSC with the connection of Akkol and Kokterek CSC.

In his welcoming speech, Malik Zhuiriktayev, Chairman of the Board of RCSC JSC, noted that the RCSC, which created and successfully operates the first national space communication and broadcasting system KazSat, makes a significant contribution to the development of the space industry in Kazakhstan.

"Today, RCSC is the only company in Kazakhstan that provides space communications in the interests of the country's economy and security, while bringing income to the state budget," – he said.

“The main resource of the RCSC is people, specialists, space communications engineers, veterans of the enterprise and the space industry!” – Victor Lefter, the first head of the RCSC, the head of the NTS, emphasized in his congratulations.

The directors of the space communication centers in Akkol and Kokterek Kairat Telgarin and Roman Yermashov also congratulated their colleagues on the significant date of Kazakhstan's space.

As part of the solemn event, diplomas and letters of thanks were presented to the best employees of the enterprise and the winners of sports competitions dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's space.
