Compliance Service
The main activity of «Republican Center for Space Communications» JSC is the creation and operation of the national communication and broadcasting spacecrafts, ground-based flight control systems, as well as the provision of services based on communication and broadcasting spacecrafts of the «KAZSAT» series to individuals and legal entities.
The activities of the joint stock company are built on the basis of fairness, honesty, responsibility, transparency, professionalism, competence and in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, generally accepted principles of Business Ethics, the Charter and its contractual obligations.
In the company, work to combat corruption is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On «Combating Corruption», the Anti-Corruption Policy and the Anti-Corruption Standard of the Society, the Policy for Resolving Conflicts of Interest, as well as on the basis of the annual activity plan of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service, which includes a set of relevant activities.
